Happy Wednesday, boys and girls! The weeks are flying by, and I have not had many new chances to take photos trackside, but here is what I have.
Work is underway lately to get the Anthracite Railways Historical Society's F7B unit in working order. Not exactly sure what is taking place, but the roof was removed last week to either drop parts in or to pull them out.
Thursday is fire-up day at Steamtown's roundhouse. Baldwin no. 26 took on a new fire in order to run on Veteran's Day, plus the following weekend.
The Supermoon was caught rising in the sky on Sunday, Nov 13 when it was time to leave work. It looks to be resting on the Bank Towers building three blacks away from the Big Boy no. 4012. The yellowed windows are caused by the sun setting as the moon rose.
A different angle on the #Supermoon.
How did you do? Any new or interesting trains pass your camera lens? Any same old trains go past? Share anything you have with us here, and have a great week..
