Hello mods/admins -

A few hours ago I contributed to a thread about eBay buying/selling and I provided a set of bullet points that included guidelines and suggestions to help people make more informed and safer buying decisions.

I realized later that I'd like to keep a copy of what I wrote, but now I can't seem to find the post.  Can someone link me to wherever it was moved?  Thanks!

i'm not sure why the designers of this web forum decided that even when you "follow a topic" your own posts do not get forwarded.  sometimes makes the string a bit hard to follow through email posts, but more importantly as in your case, the original post was lost and even if you were to reply with the OP quoted, seeing it is your reply, that too would not get forwarded.

the only workarounds would be to copy and email yourself your own post/replies or load and save a copy of the web page before it gets deleted.

Thanks, everybody--if the thread was indeed deleted, that's the admin's call and that's the end of it.  I don't want to cause a problem or rub anyone the wrong way.

Mods/admins, in the vBulletin boards I've moderated, "deleted" threads still exist on the back end.  If that's the case here as well and someone would be kind enough to send me my post from earlier, I'd be obliged.
