MTH Bank (30-9017) Voltage requirements?

All:

I have an MTH Bank Building (30-9017) purchased long ago. The documentation (what documentation?) doesn't state what voltage I should use. Examining the model's underside doesn't shine any light on the subject either.

Those of you who have it, what voltage do you use?

Most lighted acessories use nominal 12-14VAC which is usual transformer acessory terminal value. Lower the voltage dimmer the bulb but longer life and vice versa.
