As luck would have it, I was driving by the Worcester Union Station today right when the Lakeshore Limited pulled in for it's first stop since departing Boston on the way to Chicago.
I parked the car in the top lot next to the tracks and four minutes later the Lakeshore glides in.
On the point was none other than Amtrak 64 in three stripe - just like the model I own. Just to make it even sweeter, the second engine was the inverse (46) number.
Now that MTH Amtrak PS 2 Three Stripe is one of my favorite engines. I have it doulbeheaded with the subsequent release in a different number (I can't remember that number off the top of my head. The consist includes 8 Premier Superliners, two Amtrak Boxcars, four Amtrak Car Carriers, and two other Amtrak cars. I'll post the video if I can find it.
