Looks good Eric, but it's a noisy little sucker! I though my Mianne Lift Bridge was noisy.

I originally had it set up to lift by hand which was a pain in the butt. I did hace some "L" brackets made and installed some counterweights to assist with the lift. I tried using 2 actuators that were advertised as synced but unfortunately, they were not.

Yes, but better than trying to lift it as I had it originally designed and as I only raise and lower it once I can live with it. 😊

Yep, that's why I put up with the noise of the Mianne lift bridge, that 4' x 4' piece of real estate would be way too big for a manual lift bridge!
A dumb question. "only raise and lower it once"? I hope you didn't go to all that trouble for one pass!
Looks good.
Try to learn from my mistake....I made a similar lift-up years ago. Not as fancy as yours, but it worked. I posted 2 picts of it - up, and in place. All was good, until, while I was working on track connections at another spot, testing with a loco, I heard "ka-blam." I then realized I had left an engine powered, and it decided to take a dive to the floor, since I left the gate up. It was an easy way to modify a front coupler - see pict! If I ever do another one, a simple disconnect switch should prevent similar brain farts!
