Eddie, try here:
http://www.books.google.com/books?isbn=0897784383
Click on the cover of the book, (Beginner's Guide to Repairing Lionel Trains), then scroll down to page 76. The diagram is at the top of page 76. It's a generic diagram for lionel stop stations, but it might help. You can enlarge the diagram by clicking on the + magnifying glass at the top of the page.
Eddie:
Your post reminded me that I need to rewire my 115 station so looked in my service manual copy but it doesn’t have the 115 wiring diagram. However it does have one for the 132 stop station so a scan of it is attached.
By copy to hojack, thanks for trying to help but unfortunately the page in that book that you referenced with the stop station wiring diagram is not available in the preview without purchasing the book.

Rob, thanks, that's the same diagram, better copy.
Bill, not sure why you're having a problem, click on the link, click on the cover, scroll down it's right there, don't have to buy anything. Moot point, Rob's post is easier.
Eddie, like I say I'm not sure how much this helps, it's not a real schematic, but it gives the idea.
Keep in mind that the delay device for the stop stations was Lionel's ubiquitous bi-metalic strip, triggered by an insulated track section. As such, it is basically identical to that used in the Lionel block signals which also stopped the trains for a period before restarting them. Therefore, an internal wiring diagram for the 99N Train Control Block Signal would also give you what you need.
The new MTH reproductions of these do not use the bi-metalic strip, so the internal wiring is somewhat different.
Depending on your browser cache, history, cookies, Amazon and Google give different people different book previews at different times. Pages 34-81 were not available to me today.
If you right click/view image on the page I posted, you can see an even larger version.
Rob, I understand. Not a dependable link. Thanks.
