When I spoke with Lionel earlier this week in regards to an order I have yet to see, they told me that they are not shipping
parts at this time due to the virus.
Yikes! This video was not produced by the same folks that produced my company's "Avoiding Workplace Harassment" training video that we are required to take...

Did they charge your credit card first though? They did mine, and did so before the shut down. Notice how they still send emails for sales on their web site they also won’t ship? As a company they just can’t seem to get things right. Lionel, MUCH less wasted effort into things this is, more simple customer service.
