So whats the story behind O-Line Reproductions. They look to be of the same K-Line, RMT, Kusan, Marx tooling. I like the idea if its really going to be different paint schemes etc.

THEORY:
Kader is cleaning out the stock room of unclaimed (unpaid for) products.
It's doubtful we will never know the real story.

It appears to be product made for RMT but not claimed. So the Mfg. in China altered the old K-line box and sold off the inventory.

Using the search (albeit the advanced search because the regular default search is crap) would have given Mike a near instantaneous answer to his question. Instead he had to wait at least 2 hours to get any sort of reply.
Wasn't trying to be rude and perhaps I could have included a summary for Mike, but I figure I'd just give him the completed forum search link and let him read directly from the primary source material in other posts (from the folks in the know on this forum; ie - CharlieNassau) instead of my own personal summary/theory.
I might as well throw in my theory as to what occurred.
Walter placed his order in English as usual, however, when it got translated to Chinese, the amounts got doubled! Thus they had to sell off the extra trains the best way they could.
Walt is and has been a decent and honorable guy and RMT's still in business and receiving product now and into the future.
While both Kader and Walt are mutually silent on the facts of this situation apparently the ones conjecturing with flapping loose lips are those who in the moment are presently capitalizing on this apparent anomaly.
OK Guys....I got SEVERAL emails on this thread. Had to edit and delete several of the posts! Bottom line...enough speculation. Email the folks involved privately to get the story. AND...the next time inappropriate language is used (curse words), then the poster involved in doing so will reap the rewards....
