I am going to raise the white flag immediately.  I would guess that one of the Forum members on the platform might be Big Boy 4005, since he lives in the Twin Cities area and the train appears to be a Minnesota Northstar commuter train.

But that's all assumption on my part.  Maybe the cars were far from home, being delivered, or maybe all the Forumites are visitors to the Twin Cities.

I will await the answer, in retreat and defeat.  Hopefully, somebody will truly recognize one or more of the Forumites.

Tom, you are indeed correct! 2 of the three in the photo are Forumites.  As was the photographer, yours T.

It's the guy on the left that is the tricky one, as there are very few pictures of him on the forum.

Okay, since I have had some luck, I will guess Steve Glischinski.

I did my usual trip through Nebraska and Iowa last week.
