I recently had to replace my old computer with a much newer XP machine. I downloaded the Loader and DCS 4.1 programs to my desktop like usual. When I click on the icons it wants to unzip both to a temp file which was clearly wrong so I browsed and tried to let it unzip to Programs. It says the files were successfully done or whatever but there's nothing there and no desktop icon for the Loader. I've tried it several times and can't get either one to take. What am I doing wrong? I never had this problem with the old computer. Help please.

Thanks

Not sure about the security certificate error, but I have attached the DCS Loader program instructions.  I noticed, in your first post, that you talked about a "much newer XP machine."  Hate to break it to you, but any machine running XP is not "much newer," and, in fact, will soon stop receiving security upgrades from Microsoft.

Anyway, the instructions for the DCS Loader make it clear that you have to be using the right version (probably 32-bit) and also have the right version of .net installed.  Further, you should be using DCS 4.2 programs, I believe.

If this info doesn't help, then I'm sorry, but I'm not understanding your problem very well.
