Very cool. Lots of potential. are you going for like cartoon or adam west batman or the new movies?
Agreed. Very cool! One of the Lionel Atomic energy tank cars with purple or green fluid might look cool! Go on E-Bay and search. "Joker Batman stickers" lots of options.
Very cool
Nice train. Maybe some Batman or Joker stickers added to the cars with a clear coat on top. Some Joker figures driving the train. A batmobile or Jokermobile on a flat car. A gondola with some figures on it. Be creative and do whatever you feel like. Enjoy.
Great ideas! I think the Joker logo would look cool or remember the movie Maximum Overdrive where the semi had the big scary face on the front? Seems like the Joker's vehicles all had a face on them. I love the idea of the Atomic Energy tank car, the black boxcar the Joker is standing on is going to be a TNT or radioactive material transporter or something like that. Either way a fun project for sure! Thanks for the input everyone!
Get a search light car and mount a joker face on the front. This would basically be a slap in the face to the cape crusader.
Love what you are doing. Getting your son involved in the process is great!

Really nice when you can take a cartoon character like this and do something special with it. Great Job!!!
Nick R,
Great original, your boys definitely gave your layout a serious inspiration, of course now some kind of a Batman Caboose is necessary, maybe with a flat Car in-between with some of the really cool toys on it!

Found a Batman motorcycle with Batman that is close to 1/48 scale.
Found it in the toy Aisle of my local Stop and Shop supermarket two weeks ago.
Nick,
I like the color combination on the engine! The red lighting makes it pop.
Don't know how old your boys are, but if you were going after the more gothic, modern Joker, then I might suggest that you think about adding Joker's girlfriend Harley Quinn to one of the cars.

Your going to need some Passenger service on that railroad!
Yes the subway would fit right in!
Thanks everybody for the kind words and great ideas! Laughing gas tank car would be perfect! (Thanks Keith!) I have no experience with printing decals, but I'm sure I can find lots of info searching the forum.
And I think this train is going to grow!
great project, looking good! there are lots of figures in scale to add, and several diecast vehicles. Ertl has a nice Joker Van that would be a nice flatcar load
Great train!
