I was work working on a PS2 steam engine's smoke unit with the power supplied to the track - very dumb I know. This resulted in a spark and the Z-4000 circuit breaker protection kicking in... After restarting the engine, I noticed the sound was gone. I tried the reset function, both Factory Default and Restore Sound Feature, using the DCS held held without success. So, I am trying to determine a fix. One strange thing is: when the engine is on and I press down the 'shut down' bottom on the held-held, the engine stays on. It will not shut down unless I press the combination of - Start Up - Shut Down - Start Up and then it goes off - Strange!

Is this perhaps a scrambled chip?

The version of DCS I am using is 3.10
