I have a PS2 SD80 (20-2300-1) and it seems to be stuck in neutral. I performed a feature and a factory reset.
Everything works as normal except it will not move.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Are you using DCS (sound like you are) or operating conventionally? In either case, if you shut off track power, for how long does the engine continue making sounds?

Yeap.
Barry, looks like it's from 2001. Battery should be replaced.

The engine makes sounds for about 7-10 seconds.
Operating via DCS.
I have experienced engines not moving due to tether issues. Try moving the tether.
Sorry. I was going to fast here. No tether here.
I would suggest a conventional reset using the bell and horn buttons. Use 1/2 second button presses with 1/2 second pauses in-between. Timing is everything.
