I just happen to catch them today on the mainline thru Whitesboro,sorry I could'nt get a picture.

They looked brand new and had 1 pan on them,they did have some kind of a gold emblem on them also.

Has anyone else seen theese or know something about them?

Probably M-8s for Metro-North New Haven Line.

Septa in the Philly area have been receiving new cars in silver and red and their logo is silver/red and blue. It could be them.

Lee has it, checking pictures they're Metro-North M-8's. Sharp looking cars!!
