Regarding the email I received from you: Does MTH actually respond to email/phone requests?
YES. I never had problem with them.
By the way, I live in Brazil, I have about 32 MTH locomotives, my layout has 40 switches and when I have problems I send email directly to Midge who answers me quickly.
I can´t say a negative word about the staff of MTH Support , and Midge has helped me a lot .
