Looking for any tips on how to run 2 sidings off a Ross 22 Degree WYE with about 3.5 inches C/L to C/L. What diameter curve section would I be trimming to get my spacing. The locomotive I will be running through the sidings is a 031 curve capable locomotive.

No matter what you use it will involve cutting. I would just use flex track. 3.5 isn’t that far apart and the bend to get the tracks parallel is going to be very gradual.
While this isn’t exactly what your doing. The pics maybe can give you an idea of what the Wyes look like with trackage beyond the legs.
I want to say the spacing is closer to 4”. The first pic the Wye is followed by a #6. The second they are placed back to back.

One of my return loops is using the 22 degree Ross.
I use a pair of 11 degree wye for immediate parallel passing siding.
I felt that the 22 was too much of an angle from which to straighten out for closely aligned centerlines.
<<< the 11 degree wye is on the edge .

its 11 degrees to each side. Honestly, if you just need 2 parallel sidings, use a ross regular 100 or 101 and a TR35. That will give you 2 sidings, 3.5" apart.
If you have to use the wye, then I would suggest using flex track to parallel them out, but i dont think you're gonna get a 22 wye to come out 3.5" apart. It'll be wider than that.
When a Ross 100 or 101 is used, 100% of the tangent correction needs to be accomplished by just the diverging leg.
When a 11 degree wye is used the correction to tangent is split 50/50 to each side. The 11 degree makes for a gentle ride.
