These too use the 3-color (GYR) LEDs from WeHonest fixed inside a 3D printed clear mini-Fresnel lens.
the wiring goes to an ATLAS signal board for each signal head LED.

I'd love to know where they get the RED/YELLOW/GREEN LED's, I can only find RED/YELLOW/BLUE

Ah ha, I wasn't looking for SMT parts, I was thinking of the standard thru-hole parts. That makes more sense now, I already have some SMT parts. However, for the price, I think I'd like them solder the leads on.
I have a bunch of their stuff... so far, so good.
The Fresnal lens has a rectangular opening at the rear to fit THESE SMDS.
Great design, Alan. The removable back piece makes installing the LED's much easier. I can't think of any other searchlight styles that you haven't made. Really nice work.
And I had not even heard of fresnel lenses until this project. It still makes for an interesting trivia discussion at your favorite male gathering. It's fun to see how many people have never heard of it, yet they see them every day on their traffic lights.
