Kevin,
I LOVE the way you upgraded the El Cap lighting. Would you care to share that with the rest of us El Cap owners? Would you do mine? If so, email me with details.
Thanks, Jim

GGD didn't. But Lionel did... about 12 years ago now. A little transplanting of electronics can work wonders!!!
I posted this short movie once before, but is a good example of two Atlas Santa Fe geeps at work. These, and all my other Atlas double-tough engines have run many scale miles, without letting me down.
Another not-new video of Atlas Erie-Built number 90L, making a station stop with Train No.93 at Caprock, Texas.

Three Atlas units on the point of my reefer block. Two powered and one non-powered.
Same train rounding Beaver Corner.
A 1st run Atlas GP60M I weathered and sold
A newer run that's in the process of getting converted and weathered.

Very nice as usual. Looks much more like a GP60M, however.

of course... I always forget that little detail.... an M and a B unit
Yes some of these looked exactly like this (in real life) due to a paint issue when they were new. Eventually they were re-painted but for awhile we had to look at them like this. We had all kinds of names for them but I can't say those here
Mike's version above looks much nicer.
