Source for PRR cabin car (Caboose) LED marker lights?

I am looking for a source for the LED illuminated marker lights that go on a PRR Cabin Car (aka Caboose). They type I am after come standard on the Lionel Scale N5 and N5b, as well as several MTH cabin cars. Both MTH and Lionel do not have these available as spare parts, and I don't want to buy an entire car.

I know Grabowski makes very nice marker lights, but they are not illuminated. I have drilled them out and installed my own LEDs, but I would rather not do that again if I can avoid it.

Any one know of a source?
