Just tried to order on the new parts site and only get USA or Canada as options re postage- what’s happened to the world wide options we used to have or have I missed something? I am in England!! Thanks

If shipping to Canada is going to cost $50 for orders under $250 then I will hazard a guess that shipping to Europe is going to hurt a lot more.
Sadly it might make future sales of trains to this side of the pond prohibitive if parts are going to be difficult to source.
Based on my own experience, even shipping MTH parts to Canada requires a ‘work-around’ in that when you go to input your address the only ‘country’ choice that comes up is the USA. So I sent an email telling them so, and they emailed me back with instructions for the ‘work-around’. No problem though and the parts were received shortly thereafter.
I wouldn’t give up Mike, …..maybe try and develop a relationship with a UPS store stateside, or similar, explain your plight, and have the parts shipped to that 3rd party’s address, then have them ship the parts across the pond…..I have folks drop ship parts from both Lionel & MTH to my address, so something like this is completely plausible ……I mean, sure you’re gonna pay some additional shipping, but just make sure your parts orders dignify the costs,….having buddies needing parts and everyone splitting up the shipping costs helps too,…just an idea, …

Thanks Pat and others for your thoughts. I guess it will have to be a “ work around” of some sort . Just a real shame after 10 years of great service.
