Since I had already designed the signal heads doing a one-on-one searchlight signal was not that hard to design.

How big are those?

the signal head fits a 5mm LED
ASSEMBLY:
The pieces are shown above, the signal head and support are printed separately; Tri-color LEDs (cathode common) and wiring inserted into the head then the head is attached to the support. The base and ladder structure are printed as well. The brass tube is drilled twice for the signal wiring; ( I made drill guide, not shown, to aid in the drilling of the tube.)
Assembly is the ladder bottom platform and ladder support threaded on the tube next the bottom signal support is slid over the tube; Next the rest of the ladder is slipped down the tube followed by the top signal support. Alternately, you can simply line up the pieces and insert the tube thru the holes.
The LED wires are inserted into the tube holes(not shown) and then fitted onto the base. There is a top finial not shown attached to the top of the tube. (Whew!)
After the signal is attached to the layout; the signal wire sets are then wired to my ATLAS signal boards. The Atlas newer signal boards are androgynous, so they accept cathode common or anode common LEDs.
