Alan  that looks like a huge house  can't wait to see how you progress  , I tried to do my grandfather's farm house have done it in paper three times now and cannot seem to get the proportions right ,, I doubt I would try it in styrene  but may be eventually do it in in card stock

I've just finished a movie theater for my downtown.  This is a kit by Andre at Riverleaf Models.  I really like working with him as in addition to the unique designs he comes up with for new models, he is happy to work with you to customize his kits.  

In this instance, Andre posted here, several months ago, a movie theater he had done.  Communicating with him, he said it was not ready for production.  So, a month ago he let me know the kit was ready to sell.  I sent him the dimensions I needed as well as a unique design for the side street facade.  I also asked him to do the Judge Roy Bean movie for the marque as one of the (brief) scenes was filmed in my home town of Douglas, AZ and my wife's father was in a crowd scene (although we've never been able to spot him!) as well as the name of a theater there.

Anyway, here is the result:
