Thoughts on a "baby" 8x8 FasTrack Multi-level

I've got this space there, and all this extra track and bridge, so... I'd like some thoughts on this kinda simple 8x8 that would go in a corner. Access from the back (assumes open interior access to all levels from back there), three levels, bottom is an O-72 loop with a siding, 2nd level is O-36 with reverses and a couple of small sidings for operations back and forth, and 3rd level is a simple oval with a bridge over a gorge and a mountain rising in the middle.

Thoughts?
