Trains reverse after recording

I just started playing with the recording feature in Legacy. Sometimes after I make the recording one or maybe two trains will creep in reverse at take off when I hit play. I can't imagine having to lock the train in one direction... Is there something I'm doing wrong? They are going forward when I shut them down.
