I sent an email to MTH just after Christmas in reference to having my PRR T1 PS32 card reset because of accidentally messing up the chain file while attempting to load the sound file. I have not recieved a response from them yet.
Does anyone know if it is normal to wait this long for a response?

I didn’t think there was a MTH service anymore.
I'm with Marty. I thought all service was through an authorized technician now. You may be waiting a long time for a response 
You need to send it to either The Train Doctor or Stockyard Express. They are working with Don at MTH Parts and Sales to do some limited repairs after hours. Your 3/2 board has to be reflashed on the pogo fixture which only MTH has onsite. Their may be other ASC’s that have an agreement with him. You could check with your local ASC.
