Anybody know what these are? They are plastic. I thought these were used as rubber stamps to lay out track plans. I would imagine there different track pieces as well. Am I correct? If so, who made them?

Joe,
They are part of the postwar Lionel track layout printing set.
It was a give away with the Lionel catalog one year in the 1950s - what year escapes me at the moment.
It came in a small blue and white box and had plastic stamps for different track sections and an inked pad to plan your layout. You attached the track stamp to a ring to make stamping easier.
As a kid I wore out several ink pads playing with the set!

They were part of the 1952 Lionel Model Railroad Printing Kit.
It was part of a mail-in promotion where kids could receive the new Lionel catalog, a sheet of billboards, the printing kit and other pieces of paraphernalia.
