@JD2035RR posted:I would like to see @Menards sell separate sale 2426 style tenders - perhaps with LED lights too.
You cannot find a 2426w on the used market in decent shape for under $150, most go for $200-300+ on the auction site. Occasionally, you might see a Williams remake for under $100. If Menards could produce and sell it around $50, they would sell quite a few.
I understand your idea, but Menards O gauge products are targeted to a mass market, general population, for the most part--- people who may happen across them while already in one of their stores. How many tenders do you think it would have to sell at just $50 in order to recoup its tooling costs? Likely far more than the number of advanced hobby people who may be interested in one. Your better bet would be seeing Bachmann/Williams produce such a tender as you note that it already has the tooling for it.
@jim sutter posted:I would like them to produce rubber roadbed for their "O" gauge track. Plus, I would like to see them produce a variety of "O" gauge switches.
I think Jim has one of the best mass-appeal item idea in the rubber road bed. It is generic enough and also complements a group of items Menards already sells... O gauge track. They could likely only do a limited number of curve sizes, though.... (O-31/O-36?).
I'd love to see them produce the former K-Line Super-Snap track, especially the O-72 switches. They are becoming harder and harder to find, and everything (except for Marx locos), old and new, rolls right through them. This is wishful thinking, I know.
I would love to have an O scale model of the famous Wausau, WI Milwaukee Road station. The old Wausau Insurance company used it for all of it's print and TV advertising for many years. They were a major sponsor on 60 Minutes in the 60s & 70s. I built the Walthers kit in HO.

Like others, I would really like to see more building flats of warehouses. Like the backside of a warehouse with large doors and a loading platform that a boxcar would stop at. 2" deep.
More Wisconsin buildings:
I would love to see a cheese factory like Mullins Cheese in Mosinee. Or the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay where I could rightfully park my 4017 Big Boy next to it, or inside of it with a drive through opening like other Menards buildings. Or Circus World museum so us RBBB fans could incorporate that with our circus stuff. Or perhaps Little Amerricka amusement park in Marshall, Wisconsin which focuses on its little park train. Then there's the Dells with Ducks driving in and out of water or the little railroad there, too. Or the Moosejaw restaurant or Tommy Bartlett Exploratory Science Center with an animated bike on a wire as part of the animation.
I would like to say thank you to everyone that responed to my post. I can't promise that Menards will make everything we asked for but hopfully they will make some of the items we asked for. Merry Christmas to all of you and stay safe.
I'd like to see buildings and accessories with warm white LEDs. I know people love the Menards buildings, but I can't get past the blueish cool white LEDs.
Cars without contrasting ladder colors. If you must, make them rust colored.

Separate sale track pins would be nice. I do a lot of cutting with their tubular track, and Lionel's pins work, but are ever so slightly undersized.
