Wheel trucks on Menards box car

received my box car from Menards with lose, off truck. Menards sent return right away, my question is what should the newer trucks look like. How are they fasten to the car. If someone can sent a picture would be great, thank you for the help with this.

Remove the four screws from the bottom on each corner of the car and remove shell and there will be an E-clip holds the truck on remove them and washer.
