Where to find Railking Diesel Axles and Bushings?

I need to replace worn axles and bushings on a Railking ES44AC (30-20311-1), after over 20,000 scale miles. Does anyone know where these can be found? The MTH parts website only lists the complete gear box set (EG-2103089001), but that's not available either. I'm used to finding these kinds of parts easily on Lionel's parts site. Is it normally difficult to obtain basic parts like this from MTH? I tried calling MTH, waited on the phone listening to music for about 15 minutes, then got dumped into the voicemail for someone who's gone all week.
