I am a DCS/Legacy kind of guy. I do have a few Williams MW-2 switchers. I have always been a big fan of that Lionel knock off with the die cast frame that Williams makes. I always wanted to do a DCS conversion on the Seaboard. Having finally caught up with Legacy/DCS repairs for Charlie I pulled the NW-2 off the wall and went at it. MTH makes a speaker that drops onto the mount for the Williams speaker. I removed the front lanterns and installed red LED marker lights. While at it, I installed bright white LED headlight and backup light. I installed a flashing yellow beacon on the cab. This was just a fun project and thought I would throw out a pix and video. I did not have any more upgrade kits handy but did have all the parts to make it happen. I had a good board that George (GGG) brought back to life I used. I hunted for a sound file with the flashing beacon and went with an SW-1500. This completes DCS PS-2 upgrade number 150.
