I have space on the layout and shelves.... but running out of room to store the empty boxes! Lol!

You've got to kidding me.  I just got through ordering six.  Menards is gonna break my bank with these things.  I will definitely order those gorgeous New Havens...and more.

After putting in my boxcar order tonight and counting previous orders with the free trees I think I'm third to the National Park Service and Cabinet Bob in the number of trees I own!! LOL

Finally there are a Cascade Green Burlington Northern box cars.

I wonder when we will be allowed to order the Big Sky Blue Great Northern box cars?

I'm about ready to ask my family to get me nothing but new Menards boxcars this Christmas. These latest releases have been awesome!!

Satellite picture of our horse farm, house and barns nestled in the center of hundreds of 51/2 in trees! Beautiful but very odd! LOL

Coupla quick questions, Mark:  Are these full scale, 11" box cars?  Also, what is the approximate height of those trees?  And, finally,  will that deal still be available at York in October?

The images that AMCDave posted shows a "Built By Menards 2017" on the car - may not be until next year?

Hi Paul,

The best answer I have is to give you the dimensions and say "Good Luck" because "scale" has is quite a debate throughout the hobby. Here are the measurements (coupler to coupler) 11”L x 2-3/8”W x 3-3/8”H.

I apologize I wasn't able to get back to you on Friday but I'm sure you investigated a little further about the trees. They are 5-1/2" tall. Unfortunately, we will not have a booth at York but I'm still hoping for the future!
