I have a Lionel 180 Brick that lights up but does not put out any power.
Suggestions or parts I need to get for repair?

Is it the three wire variety? One of them is a switch that controls output.
Dan, Thanks for your reply. Not sure what you mean by 2 or 3 wire? The wire to the trainmaster has 3 wires. My other brick only has 2 wires and that one works fine.
The new PH180 bricks have a safety switch in the 3rd previously unused contact space. It must be depressed by a matching pin in the mating connector in order for the brick to output power.
Not sure how you are using the PH, or what you are connecting it to, but a better question is "is this a new brick?" If it is, it has a safety circuit in the third pin hole. Try putting rolled up electrical tape in the hole shown here. (Picture from an earlier post of AviatorRuss.)
Thank You. I put a blank pin in the third hole and it works.
Is there any mention of this in the user manual. I’m sure there are new units being plugged into older power masters, etc.
I purchased the unit second hand and didn't have a manual. I probably should have looked one up online.
Thanks

I would say no because that makes them liable for telling how to disable the safety feature. Plus I am sure they are working on something new you can pay for to make it work.
