Hi guys was replacing hand rails but acadently pull a wire of the e_unit it's the red wire that connected to the switch in the back head don't know where on the e_unit it goes

Since it comes from the switch, I think is has to go to one end of the e unit coil. Look for an insulated terminal with solder and no wire on it...on the other side of the coil from the one you pictured?

I think you broke the other tiny coil wire off, not the grounded one that I think is shown in your picture. Look under the tape.

If it came from the switch it would be power to the coil as Chuck says.
