yep,jumped right in,salavged ties from k-line ogauge track,bought some nifty tools on ebay ,i will need to refine this abit but think it will be great,,usa track all the way except the formention kline

Looks great! I have done a bunch with Steve Eastman and the trains run forever on the 5 rail. We like to mix O and Standard Gauge on the same consist.....just because!
Doesn't Gargraves make 5-rail track?
@gunrunnerjohn Gargraves does but some wheels hit the wooden ties because of the rail height

i have the 0gauge tie punch from pe ,also O and O27 gauge track pliers, pin installation Jig, and rail tie tightening kit from TinMan3Rail all on ebay,the punchs and a dremel with large cutoff disks are a game changer !
Just installed a loop of five rail myself. A friend of mine Dennis has his entire layout in five rail and helped me fabricate it over the holidays. We used USA track and Menards O gauge. Tested each track before installation and no issues!
