I had a friend bring this engine to me he purchased and someone had kludged this board set into it. Since it was a 2-rail locomotive, I'm guessing this is a DCC setup from QSI. I've never seen this setup before, so I'd like to ID it.
For whatever reason, the track power was wired to the motor outputs in the wiring, so I suspect they may have killed the motor drive. He said it has some lame sound but stopped working after a spell and he wanted to find out why.

QSI made 2 rail O scale decoders for analog systems. ( I think they still do) If you want a very long and complex read, the manual is on their website.
Yeh......QSI are still alive and well in Oregon.
Thanks guys. I'll send them an email and see if there's some documentation for the board. I looked on their site, but nothing there, but the site appears to be under construction.

I did try the website, but nothing I find pertains to this board. However, it appears to be one of the Titan-DO series, but I didn't find any info. I sent them an email, we'll see if I get a reply.
