2 railing an Atlas O GP35???

It has TMCC which I plan on keeping because I'm one of those rare breed that likes TMCC ( probablly the only one left since the passing of Lisa Marie ). I know that all I would need to do is swap the wheels out with some from NWSL and modify the pilot to look correct with Kadee couplers. My question is, is there any other mods I need to do?
