2020 GS4 Visionline Blowdown Issues

I recently acquired this engine. It came brand new in a Visionline freight set. Just wondering if any of you guys experienced issues with this engine and its blowdown effect. I see the engine has 4 tiny openings ( 2 on each side). The smoke fluid for these go in the main stack. The blowdown effect was awesome at first, but now after just a few days I noticed the smoke in the blowdown is much less and I see that smoke comes out of just 2 of the openings as opposed to the 4.

Any ideas how I can fix this? Did I add too much smoke fluid? (10 drops) or not enough? Thanks for any input!
