I have a Lionel Pennsylvania, CC 2 vision line. It’s a very difficult engine to work on a few years ago. I smoked it on an unprotected track. After months of buying parts and trying to get information from Lionel Tech Support, who told me they don’t work on CC2 In house anymore. We don’t have any dealers in the St. Louis area capable to tackle this problem, like I said it’s a very difficult. I can’t tell if it’s some sort of a decoder issue or if the receiver is losing its signal from the command base when it loses its Signal, I put my hand on the handrails and it seems to pick up the command base again, but I also may have an encoder problem or it may be in conjunction with the receiver board. Any insight would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
