I need one for my ZW. None of the auto parts store here stock these suckers. Is online the only way to get these bulbs?
How about the 360 Lionel bumpers? Which bulb should I put in there. I assume it will need to be rated for 18 volts.

They are called bayonet style lamps.Be careful ordering on line.They come in diff voltages.Make sure it is an 18 volt bulb. Hobby shops have them but they are 2 bucks each.

Warning: According to Ralph the bulb guy, imported #51 bulbs will not fit ZW transformers. The bases are longer than USA bulbs, and the caps will not fit over the bulbs.
Perhaps someone has come out with oversized caps to accomodate the imported bulbs.
Otherwise, there usually are lots of bulbs listed on Ebay.
Take your flat file and file off a little of the contact on the bottom. Then they will fit. I've done it many times.
