Have this old switcher that has the wiring all messed up. I can get it to do only reverse correctly. Someone played with this before me. Can somebody please help with correct wiring?

The 202-108 nylon washer is missing. If it is pinched or missing, it will prevent the engine from going forward. This is not an electrical connection to ground/chassis, it is just a mounting point for the solder tab to provide strain relief for the field wire.
Here is the wiring diagram.
Thank you so very much. I be filling with it first thing in the morning. 👍
Hey Rob have a question can I put a 3 position e unit in this switcher? I realise I have to find one with a leaver that comes out of the top.

Yes... here is the diagram. A lever-down 100-14 E-Unit works well in these.
Thank You so much Rob engine runs like new!
Is there a different lever down unit , other than 100-14, that can be used in the diesel switchers? I can't seem to find one. Thanks for any help.

There are so many, any will work electrically, you could even use the early 671/226 or 773(no levers) and hide a slide switch to turn the e-unit on & off.
I have a unit, given to me , has the slide switch coming out of the top and want to have it on the underside. I have a new shell without the slide switch slot opening which is why I want to move the lever to the underside. The wiring is a mess and the power wire from the truck rollers is missing also. This baby needs a lot of TLC. Any thoughts? Thanks
