I took my DCS remote to York because of contrast issues and asked Andy Edelman if MTH could take a look at it. I told him the remote was out of warranty (my bad) and I would pay for a repair. He suggested that I show it to Jeff Strank and, indeed, Jeff immediately took it apart and told me MTH would repair it and ship it back to me, no mention of cost. He dropped what he was doing to help me out. Very impressive. Today, Jeff called to make certain he had the correct address. It's Monday after York and he is already on it.
