This question is just for fun but also will help me, with my limited space, maybe decide some of my last building purchases for my layout. So here is the question:

Of the preassembled commercially available (to everyone) O scale buildings that you know about which one do you think is singularly the most impressive???

Please use what ever standard and measures you may choose.

Please accept my thanks for your response.

I will add that I have a 14 story hospital that is grand; but it was made on consignment for me. Of commercially available buildings available the Menards York Hotel Royale seems to be the most impressive... So, that is my contribution to answering my own question.

It depends on what you're looking for.  Since you mentioned the Menard's York Hotel, you must be thinking city or town buildings in which case the York and Menard's "World HQ Building" is also in the running for shear size but may be too modern for you.  While they may lack the detail of some of the Woodland Scenics structures they appear to adequately detailed and lighted to be considered most impressive. Industrial buildings I'd say Menard's Morton Salt plant and Power and Light plant, although both are also kind of modern.
