It hit me today while watching the reports on Arthur (I am to far inland in Raleigh to get anything) that a rainy day scene would be interesting to do on a layout. Now the question is how. I thought of using a gloss finish on everything to look wet along with poured resin water in the ditches, etc. Now, how about low clouds? Give me your thoughts please.
Actual rain may be a bit tough, but the look after the storm passes?
