Nice, they are good looking, and frankly AC units are a pain in the butt to make by hand. I will definitely get some as summer can be downright brutal in my layout's little town.
I normally use proper size blocks of wood painted aluminum color then weathered for window A/C units. A virtually no cost way to do it and they look fine from a few feet away.
But, yours look much better.

Rheil, the condenser coil wan't exposed in the old units making easier to model them.

that's what I did, and with a bit of pencil work to replicate louvers, etc., and weathering, they looked okay. But this has a nice frame beneathnth it and all . . . just superb.
