I don't think I've seen the subject of all important access hatches discussed here before - how do you handle them?

The WVRR has two. One that I push up from below, turn it, and lower it down (the first pic below). The other I lift from the top grabbing two wooden knobs that I've disguised as bushes. The last pic shows one of these disguised lift knobs - can you pick it out?
