Add pickups for lights Lionel RTR Baggage Car

Well, do you need 2 collectors on the one car?  Can you swap one with the non-collector car?  If you add the LED lighting regulator from Hennings that should eliminate any flicker, which I think is why there are 2 collectors for one car.

You will likely get light dropouts over switches with only one pickup, even with the LED regulator module.  Now, my upcoming conventional lighting regulator would probably be happy with one pickup, it's going to use supercaps and can hold up the lights for a long time.
