Adhesive Tapes For Modelmakers!!! | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

We have just gotten in two fresh cases of tape. They are ideal for modelmaking and have been used in our shop for decades.

One is 2" wide 3M 467MP High Performance Adhesive Transfer Tape that we use to adhere flat-surfaced items together. All our layered acrylic plastic models use this tape. Our laser cut letters and window kits also use this tape. The adhesive is only 2mil thick.

The second is Intertape 591 1/2" wide Premium Double-Coated Flatback Tape that we use to temporarily adhere model parts to paint boards and paint sticks. This tape makes the process of mounting parts to paint a cinch!
