Is anyone familiar with this set?

Thanks...

The No. 1120 set is an uncataloged freight set from 1956 which contains a 307 Atlantic, 802 (IC reefer), 928 (NH flat w/lumber load), 806 (caboose), 20-702's, 7-700's, 690, 747 (cardboard trestle set), and a No. 1 35W transformer. The set box should be a B2N057 GAIR that is 17" x 13.5" x 4.5". Info is according to Bob Tuft's "The Almost Complete Guide to American Flyer S Gauge sets".

Hope this helps, Dave.

Rich,

you were right, it wasn't too hard to locate the pieces, a few calls did the trick.

I may have paid more that they're worth, but that's okay, it will help keep the doors open at the not so local train shop that a friend owns.  He had a 307, 802, 928 & 806 as well as a parts locomotive & track, so it appears that I'll have most of the set.

This is kind of funny, I gave away the AF - S trains that I had several years ago.

Thanks Again Guys.

Dave
