I seem to remember some instructions came with them but I painted the parts, then laid them out so I could compare with picture, not hard to figure out ,but the first one took some time, mostly because of the parts size! Once done, fragile until installed! They really add a lot to any building! I love the way they look!
Believe they use the ones made by Tichy Train group. Their site didn't offer instructions. From what I remember it's easier to look at a built up version. Once you get the first one done. The rest should go quickly. The bottom one should be modeled with the stairs in the up position.

Thanks for posting the link Pete,
They are not too hard, but do need some care. Assembling on a piece of glass is a great way to simplify the build using super glue and a quick set spray.
