Stumbled across this at Aldi in a display full of traditional ceramic Christmas houses.
Only 15 bucks and darned if it isn't a faithful (albeit compressed) rendition of a modern Aldi. I'm a devotee of the German Single Brand Budget Behemoth. So it's likely this will make it onto this year's Christmas layout. Will fit right in with the look of my layout which is generally modern but uses allot of compressed-scale Plasticville buildings.
Will blog it soon with pictures, lighting details etc, but I couldn't wait to share it.
